At Grass-fields, we pride ourselves on high-quality craftsmanship. Our garments are ethically produced using premium fabrics, featuring vibrant African-inspired prints designed to last and maintain their color after multiple washes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK and 7-10 business days for international orders. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your items sooner.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and face masks cannot be returned.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your results to our chart, as our African wax print fabric typically has no stretch unless otherwise stated.
Do you ship internationally and are there customs fees?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
