Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Grass-fields pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
